Relax (easier said than done!!)

These are some ways that help me relax:

Take a walk
Yoga
Mindfulness
Listen to music
Play with a pet
Read a book, or a magazine
Talk to a friend
Watch a movie
Write in my journal
Go to a local support group
Volunteer
